The elegant and sophisticated iconography and architecture of the famed city of Venice provided the inspiration for this Corporate Celebration. Bio-Rad employees and their guests enjoyed an enchanting evening dining on scrumptious delights, dancing to a vivacious live band and being entertained by whimsical Venetian characters.

Annual Meeting
The users of DIAMOND Software, a core administrative system for health plans to pay claims, gather each year for their Annual User Group Conference. Domestic and international health plans attend the four-day conference, which is held each year in a different part of the United States.

A little fun and networking was in order after several days of meetings, so a psychedelic Sixties extravaganza proved to be the perfect answer. Held at the world class St. Regis in Aspen Colorado, guests dined on hip delicacies of the Sixties, including fondue, ambrosia and beef Wellington. They danced into the night to far out tunes and posed for photos with Austin Powers. All had a groovy time!

Annual Meeting
Imagine stepping onto Treasure Island, just east of San Francisco, and in one evening being transported to three exotic ports of call! Guests of the AEM Annual meeting were invited to be world travelers, visiting and experiencing the most flavorful food and antiquities of Asia, South America and Europe. Authentic cultural sites and sounds included a world-class zither player, cigar rolling, Kung Fu demonstrations, Chinese calligraphy, and a snake dancer taming a rare 10-foot white boa constrictor.

Open House and Picnic
Bio-Rad’s beautiful campus, located in Hercules, California, provided the perfect setting for their company Open House and Picnic. For the first time, employees’ families were invited inside to learn about the broad range of innovative tools and services Bio-Rad Laboratories provides to the clinical diagnostics and life science research markets. Fun activities included building tours, carnival games, inflatables, crafts, face painting and a barbecue.

Holiday Gift Show
The Annual Holiday Craft Faire for Cadence Design Systems is an opportunity for employees and their family members to present and sell specialty craft items. The event, which takes place at Cadence’s corporate headquarters in San Jose, was designed to reflect the ambience of a wintry, medieval countryside market. Employees were encouraged to take time from their workday to shop at the festive market for items such as hand-blown glass, jewelry, candles and other specialty gift items. Ye Olde Craft Faire was a hit for young and old alike!
